          Report Categories

          Marketing Cloud Personalization provides reports that cover a number of categories. These reports provide metrics about user-focused activities, results and goal completions, customer visits and engagement, and metrics to help manage your Marketing Cloud Personalization product consumption.

          You can reach any of these reports from the main navigation menu by following Reports | <Report Category> | <Report Name>.

          Report Category Report Name Description
          Activity Recent Visitors Shows the visitors who accessed your site since the beacon was activated.
          Event Stream Shows a queue of all events, in real time, as they occur within your dataset.
          Cohorts Shows how site visitors flow from one activity or status to another over an extended period, how goal activity prevalence changes over time, and general site traffic migration between certain page groups.
          Actions Shows site visitor activity tracked by Personalization.
          Modules Shows aggregate statistics across grouped actions.
          Paths Shows how visitors navigate your site, and enables you to better target your communications and content strategy.
          Funnels Enables you to configure an expected interaction path for your site using actions that you select and order. You can then view the stages or steps your visitors take on your site based on these actions.
          Day/Time Shows traffic spikes and trends over time.
          Results Revenue Enables you to compare first-time and returning visitors against various metrics, like revenue per user, average order value, and conversion rate.
          Purchase Funnel Enables you to compare visitor segments as a percentage against all visitors.
          Goal Comparison Shows a comparison of goal completions between first-time and returning visitors based on selected filters.
          Goal Completions Shows total goal completions and the completion rate over time.
          Visits Behavior Shows the number of new versus returning visitors based on visits, engagement, logged-in status, and purchases.
          Technology Shows the types of browsers and devices that your visitors use when they view your site.
          Referring Sources Shows the referring domain from which a visitor arrived on your site.
          Usage Personalization Consumption Shows your org total and dataset-specific consumption metrics for Marketing Cloud Personalization. Metrics include monthly unique visitors, named individual profiles, batch export and import of data, cross-channel triggers, campaign responses, and events.
