  To use the next-best recommendations component, you must configure server-side campaigns in Marketing Cloud Personalization. A developer must create the server-side template.

  To use the next-best offers component, you must configure server-side campaigns in Marketing Cloud Personalization. A developer must create the server-side template.
• Add the Affinities Component to a Contacts or Leads Page
  Add the Affinities component to view affinity data from Marketing Cloud Personalization for a lead or contact.
• Add the Customer Event Stream Component to a Contacts or Leads Page
  Watch your customers interact with your business in real-time as well as view historical activities right on a Contacts or Leads page with the event stream component of the Personalization managed package. Events are based on the data provided by the Interactions SDK or Sitemap. For custom events, you can view event name, URL (if applicable), timestamp, and channel.
• Automate Data Sent for Personalization Using Flows
  Automatically send data that is specific to a Named Individual Profile from Sales or Service Cloud to Personalization.
