Install Personalization for Sales and Service Cloud
Download the Personalization for Sales and Service Cloud managed package from
AppExchange to access real-time product recommendations and customer affinities and events
directly in Sales and Service Cloud. Also get near real-time Sales and Service Cloud data in
the Personalization platform.
Required Editions
Available in: Premium edition
Permissions Needed
To install the Personalization Connector:
A role with Administrator permissions
Log in to Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Select AppExchange.
Search for and select Personalization for Sales and Service
Cloud.
Click Get It Now.
Select the account for the installation, and click Install in
Production.
Agree to the terms and conditions and confirm the installation.
Log in to Salesforce, if prompted, and then click Install for All
Users.
If you have a previous version, click Upgrade. Otherwise,
click Install.
When the installation is complete, click Done.
You’re redirected to the Installed Packages page in Salesforce, which has the
installed package listed. You can now close the page.
