          Create an SFTP Account

          Create an SFTP Account

Send and receive data from an automated platform safely and securely using ETL Integration. After you create an SFTP account, add the credentials to your FTP client.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
To create an SFTP account: Administrator permissions
          1. From the main navigation, select Security | Manage SFTP Configuration.
          2. On the SFTP Users tab, click Create SFTP User.
          3. Add a label. The label appears only on the Manage SFTP Users screen.
          4. Select the dataset that this SFTP account can access.
            Note
Note You can select only one dataset per user. If you access SFTP from more than one dataset, create multiple users. For example, you can set up separate SFTP access for your development and production environments.
          5. Save the URL, username, and password for the account by clicking Download CSV File. If you forget the username and password, you must create another SFTP account.
          6. Copy your username, password, and SFTP login URL to your FTP client.
          7. After you copy the username and password, click Close. The SFTP login URL is listed in the SFTP Login URL field on the Manage SFTP Users screen.
