            Analyze Survey Results

            After a survey is live in a campaign on your site and visitors have responded, you can begin analyzing the survey feedback.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Premium Edition
            Permissions Needed
            To view survey results: A role with Campaigns View permissions

            Survey results are based on the selected time frame. The default is the most recent week.

            1. From the main navigation, select Surveys.
            2. To change the time frame, click the date range field and choose a preset range or set a custom range.
            3. To display survey details, select the survey folder.
            4. Under Actions, click the graph icon for the survey.
            5. For Comment or Single Input types, you can view responses from each user on the Question Summaries screen.
            6. To see multiple-choice responses, export your survey response data by clicking the document with an arrow icon.
