          Edit a User Account

          Change account details like the user email address, first name, last name, and role. After the account is created, you can’t change the username.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
          To edit a user account: Administrator permissions
          1. From the main navigation, select Security | Manage Users.
          2. Select the user from the list, or to search for a user, enter the partial ID, name, or email address in Filter by User.
          3. Click Edit User, and make your changes.
          4. To change the user’s role, select a new role.
          5. To save your changes, click OK.
          6. To clear all changes and remain in Edit User, click Clear.
