          Create a Web Campaign from a Content Zone

          You can create a web campaign from a content zone.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
          To create campaigns: A role with Campaigns > Create/Edit permissions
          1. Navigate to your website where you want to create the campaign.
          2. Click the Extensions icon in your browser’s toolbar, and select Salesforce Interactions SDK Launcher.
          3. To log in, enter your credentials.
          4. Turn on the Visual Editor option.
          5. Click Content Zones in the Visual Editor hexagon tiles. The defined content zones for the web page appear as areas surrounded by dotted lines.
          6. To view information about a content zone, hover over it. The name of the content zone appears, along with options for using it.
            • To view campaigns associated with the content zone, click the double speech bubble icon. You can then clone or edit an existing campaign, or create a campaign for the selected content zone.
            • To view available templates for the content zone, click the </> icon. You can then click +Campaign from Template to create a campaign from one of the templates associated with the content zone.
          7. Finish creating your campaign, and then test and publish it.
