SMS Deactivation Summary
The SMS Deactivation Summary displays a daily and historic overview of the subscriptions updated in your account. This standard report is available for US short codes in MobileConnect. The report shows an overview up to the 90 days from when the report was created.
Some wireless carriers in the United States produce daily files that track phone numbers that have been deactivated or ported to another carrier. For these phone numbers, Marketing Cloud Engagement changes the status to Opted-Out.
To find out when a carrier’s deactivation files are processed, contact your account executive.
