          Track Message Credit Usage in Digital Wallet

          Use the consumption cards in Digital Wallet to see how many messages your organization has sent from Marketing Cloud Next for Marketing Cloud Engagement.

          User Permissions Needed
          To view consumption cards:

          Identity Users must have the Manage Subscriptions in Your Account: Identity User permission set. Learn how to grant this user permission as an admin.

          Admins must have the View Consumption permission. Learn how to grant this user permission as an admin.

          To use Marketing Cloud Next, you must have an account on the Salesforce Platform with the appropriate permission sets. If you don’t have an account, your Salesforce Administrator can create one for you. To learn more about logging in to the platform, see Log In for the First Time.

          This video shows how to configure a user with the necessary permissions to view Digital Wallet reports.

          For some message types, such as SMS and WhatsApp, you can see how many transactional and marketing messages you’ve sent to each country. If you have multiple business units, you can view usage metrics across your entire enterprise, or for individual business units. Finally, you can view the number of messages remaining in your entitlement.

          1. Go to Digital Wallet.
            If you’re logged in to Marketing Cloud Engagement: On the Setup menu, select Digital Wallet.
            If you’re logged in to Marketing Cloud Next: From the App Launcher (A three-by-three grid of dots representing the various apps that you can launch from the app launcher.), find and select Consumption Cards.
          2. On the card for the message type that you want to view usage details for, click View Consumption Details.
          3. For marketing messages, choose from these options:
            • Salesforce Message Credits - Email
            • Salesforce Message Credits - SMS
            • Salesforce Message Credits - WhatsApp
            • Salesforce Message Credits - Mobile App
          4. Select a consumption period to analyze.

            Use Digital Wallet to view information about your message usage with Marketing Cloud Next for Marketing Cloud Engagement.
          • Salesforce Message Credits
            As a Marketing Cloud Engagement customer with Marketing Cloud Next, you consume Salesforce message credits every time you send a message from Marketing Cloud Next or Marketing Cloud Engagement.
