          Troubleshoot Database Exports

          Troubleshoot Database Exports

After a database export is created, view and manage exports execution in the History tab. If an export fails, troubleshoot to find out what happened. You can download a report, and even rerun or reprocess it.

          1. From the Export tab, select Database Exports.
          2. Select the export that you want to troubleshoot.
          3. On the toolbar, click History.
          4. If an export fails, select the row of the job, click More Actions, and then select Show Detailed Log to understand why the export failed.
          5. If the dataset was created successfully but failed to load to the database table, click Rerun. This action takes the dataset and loads it into the database again. For example, rerun a report if the credentials failed during loading.
          6. To reprocess the entire job according to the same date range, click Re-Process Job.
          7. To download the data to a local file, click Download.
