Get Started with MDP
With Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines, you can integrate all your data from marketing and advertising platforms, web analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and more. You can then use this unified view of your data to optimize campaign performance and discover and act on insights in real time.
To get started with MDP, you set up an account and create workspaces to integrate your data.

Before we start, explore the Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines platform. Then check that you are using one of Salesforce’s support browsers. Finally, familiarize yourself with the user roles that MDP includes. - MDP Accounts and Workspaces
A Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipeline account is divided into workspaces. An account can contain multiple workspaces. Each workspace is a separate work environment with its own set of permissions. Changes that you make in a workspace apply only to that workspace. - Workspace Settings in MDP
Each Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines account can have multiple workspaces. Each workspace has its own data streams, dashboards, and reports. You typically use workspaces to separate clients, business units, channel views, internal views, or role-based views—whatever best fits your needs.
