Data Retention

Data in MDP is stored for 90 days from the last process time so that you can clean and harmonize your data before exporting it for external consumption. After 90 days since your data was last processed, you can’t consume, query, report, or export your data when you create, reprocess, rerun, or recreate a data stream.

Keep in mind the following:

• The deletion operation can occur later than 90 days and sometimes doesn't apply to all types of data.
• When using upsert load mode for TotalConnect and API data streams, rows with no update aren’t refreshed with a new 90-day period.
