Campaign Overview
The Campaign object is a standard component of the Salesforce platform that you can use to centralize and extend your team’s marketing efforts. Campaigns can include not only marketing-related items, but also other content from across the Salesforce Platform. With Marketing Cloud Engagement+, your campaigns can also include content from Marketing Cloud Engagement, such as journeys.
Flow Overview
Flow Builder is a low-code system for automating processes across the Salesforce Platform. With Marketing Cloud Engagement+, your flows can orchestrate your existing journeys to create a holistic, end-to-end customer experience.
Because Flow Builder is integrated with the Salesforce Platform, it can also interact with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
