Adding journeys to campaigns also gives you valuable reporting insights. When you add journeys to your campaigns, the unified reporting tools for Marketing Cloud Next automatically include the sending and engagement metrics for those journeys. You can view metrics for journey events by using the built-in, ready-to-use dashboards, or you can use the analytics tools to create custom reports.

A journey can be associated with one campaign. You can add a journey to a campaign only if it has a status of Draft, Running, Finishing, Pause, or Stopped. A campaign can include a maximum of 20 journeys.

You can add a journey to a campaign from within Journey Builder in Marketing Cloud Engagement, or from within the Campaigns section of Marketing Cloud Next.
