Unified Reporting Tools in Marketing Cloud Next for Engagement
Marketing Cloud Next for Marketing Cloud Engagement includes two reporting tools that give you deep insights into your sending and engagement data. These reports include data from Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.

Because these tools are built on the Salesforce Platform, your reports can include not only marketing data, but also data from other Salesforce products such Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data 360. Best of all, marketers can create in-depth reports and dashboards by using the drag-and-drop Tableau Next interface, without writing any code.

The unified reporting suite in Marketing Cloud Next for Engagement is built on the Salesforce Platform. It uses some concepts and terms that might be unfamiliar to existing Marketing Cloud Engagement users. - Historical Data in the Unified Reporting System

Marketing Performance
The Marketing Performance reports give you an at-a-glance view of your sending and engagement trends. You can filter these reports by channel, so you can dive deep into the metrics for your email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns.
You can access Marketing Performance in Marketing Cloud Next.
- Log in to Salesforce.
- On the App Launcher, search for marketing, and then select Marketing.
- Click the Marketing Performance tab.
You can also access Marketing Performance directly from Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- In Marketing Cloud Engagement, on the Next menu, select Marketing Performance.

Analytics
The Analytics suite provides a drag and drop interface powered by Tableau Next. Use the Analytics suite to build custom reports, pivot tables, and dashboards. Your custom reports can be a powerful tool for auditing, troubleshooting, and improving the performance of your campaigns.
In Marketing Cloud Engagement, marketers previously had to work with their IT teams and business analysts to write SQL to extract engagement data for channels such as SMS. With the Marketing Analytics reports, marketers can self-serve, creating powerful reports and dashboards with clicks, not code.
You can access Analytics in Marketing Cloud Next.
- Log in to Salesforce.
- On the App Launcher, search for marketing, and then select Marketing.
- Click the Analytics tab.
You can also access Analytics directly from Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- In Marketing Cloud Engagement, on the Next menu, select Analytics.
