          In the unified reporting system, the WhatsApp Failed Deliveries metric is the sum of two Marketing Cloud Intelligence metrics: WhatsApp Bounces - Failed and WhatsApp Bounces - Not Sent. Similarly, WhatsApp Failure Rate combines the WhatsApp Bounces - Failed Rate and the WhatsApp Bounces - Not Sent Rate metrics.
