Create a Customizable Preference Page in Marketing Cloud Next
Design a custom preference page that aligns with your brand, enabling subscribers to
manage their email, SMS, and WhatsApp subscriptions. Customized preference pages provide a
consistent and trustworthy experience for your users.
Required Editions
Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next
Growth or Advanced Edition
User Permissions Needed
To create a customizable preference page:
Marketing Cloud Manager
OR
Marketing Cloud Admin permission set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Marketing Features and then
select Preference Page Customization.
Turn on Custom Preference Pages.
An email preference page is created by default. Create SMS and WhatsApp preference pages
to add them to your subscriptions.
Create a preference page.
From the App Launcher, find and select Marketing.
Click the Content tab and select your workspace.
Select Add | Content | Preference Page.
Click Create.
In the Experience Builder, under Settings, enter a title and description for your
preference page.
Select the Subscription List component and add the channel type and subscriptions for
your preference page.
Save your work and click Publish to start using the preference
page.
The custom preference page is available in Preference Pages in the Consent
tab.
To edit a preference page, click next to the preference page and select Edit.
