Set Up Flow Performance Get detailed flow performance analytics for Marketing Cloud Next automation-event triggered, activation-triggered, and segment-triggered flows, powered by Tableau Next. These analytics can provide deeper insights into your flow's element runs, so you can make data-driven decisions.
Set Up Analytics Reports and Dashboards Marketing analytics packages include preconfigured dashboards and folders with reporting data about your marketing efforts.
Turn On Unified Engagement History Dashboards To make valuable engagement data available for your sales and marketing teams, turn on Unified Engagement History Dashboards. Then, add the components to account, lead, and contact record pages.
Attribute Revenue to a Specific Campaign Opportunity Influence for Marketing Cloud Next uses engagement data to tie opportunity revenue back to a specific campaign. An engagement activity is eligible for attribution 30 days before the related opportunity is created to the date that the opportunity is set to Closed/Won. Use this attribution data to help you report on ROI, adjust your strategy for current campaigns, and make decisions about future campaigns.
