          The strongest campaigns target the right audience. After you determine your ideal audience member, you can reach them by filtering Data 360 data into a segment. Before you start using segments, make sure that a Data Cloud Architect or data analyst has configured incoming data streams and defined the reconciliation rules that manage harmonization across records.
