segment. Before you start using segments, make sure that a Data Cloud Architect or data
analyst has configured incoming data streams and defined the reconciliation rules that manage

Manually Create a Segment in Marketing Cloud Next To create a segment, you drag in attributes that describe your target audience. When you build segment rules, make sure that you select objects and fields that align with your data model.
Create a Segment with AI in Marketing Cloud Next Create segments using natural language and Einstein generative AI capabilities. You edit and publish Einstein segments the same way as your other marketing segments. An admin must enable generative AI for segments.
