          • Types of Content in Marketing Cloud Next
Create and manage all your marketing content from your CMS workspace. You can create content such as emails, landing pages, forms, images, and SMS messages for use in marketing campaigns.
          • Marketing Cloud Next Content Types and Statuses
An item’s status indicates whether the content is ready to use in a campaign. Understand what each status means and how it relates to your marketing campaigns and flows.
          • Create Content in Marketing Cloud Next
The content editing experience in Marketing Cloud Next uses a single design framework so that building marketing content is familiar no matter what you’re creating. The layout and functionality are the same, but after you choose the content type, a curated selection of components appears for you to choose from.
          • Organize and Share Content in a Marketing Workspace
When you create content in Marketing Cloud Next, it’s stored in a marketing workspace. You can use the default Content Workspace for Marketing Cloud, or create additional workspaces to focus campaign assets, manage collaboration across teams, or organize content by initiatives. Delete unused workspaces that you no longer need. To keep your workspace tidy, add folders. All your workspaces are listed on the Content tab.
          • Brand Your Content in Marketing Cloud Next
Apply a consistent look and feel across your marketing content. Specify your company’s colors, fonts, button styles, brand identity, and tone. Create as many brands as you need. We recommend that you assign your primary brand as the default brand in your marketing workspace. The default brand’s settings extend to all your Marketing Cloud Next content, but you can create other brands for specific events or products.
          • Personalize Marketing Content
To increase customer engagement and improve conversations, personalize your marketing content. Create one email with dynamic content variations that appear for different recipients based on targeting rules. Get timely and accurate results for merge fields in marketing messages, landing pages, and reusable content blocks by referencing personalized data. For example, include a name attribute from a customer’s unified individual profile, include product purchase or subscription event data, or reference attributes from across related data objects, such as a contact from an account.
          • Distributed Marketing and Alerts
To increase productivity and maintain brand consistency, marketers can share approved email templates with sales reps and other Salesforce users. Distributed Marketing and Alerts makes it easier for non-marketing users to send email content that’s on brand and approved by marketing.
          • Create and Manage a Reusable Content Block
Content admins and content managers can combine text, images, links, and buttons into reusable content blocks. The blocks are stored in a marketing workspace, where they’re easily available to content authors, who can add them to any email or landing page. Create different content blocks for different audiences, and use variation rules to personalize which block is delivered to which audience.
          • Create a Mobile In-App Message
Create and send a banner, modal, full-screen or push primer message to engage users while they're using your mobile app. The message contains body text and can optionally include a title, an image, buttons, and additional text.
          • Create an Email in Marketing Cloud Next
The content editing experience in Marketing Cloud Next provides tools to build an email, preview and test it, and publish it for use with a campaign. To make major changes to a published email or to prevent it from sending in a campaign, you can unpublish it.
          • Create an HTML Email in Marketing Cloud Next
Use code view to preview and edit the HTML and CSS of an email. Convert an existing email to HTML or copy HTML from another source and build customized emails based on your own designs. Preview and test the email and publish it for use with a campaign. To change a published email or prevent it from sending in a campaign, you can unpublish it.
          • Conversational Email in Marketing Cloud Next
Conversational Email enables two-way email engagement directly from Marketing Cloud Next. Instead of sending one-way broadcast emails, you can configure messages that support replies.
          • Create a WhatsApp Session Message
After a customer initiates a conversation, you sometimes need to respond with a custom message. A session message is an on-the-fly reply that you can send within 24 hours of the customer's message, without having to select a preapproved templated message.
          • Enable Marketing Messages Lite API
Achieve a higher return on investment and delivery rates by transitioning to the user-friendly Marketing Messages Lite (MMLite) API to execute large-scale campaigns.
          • Create and Manage ‌Push Notifications
Make your push notifications more engaging by adding images, video, audio files, and interactive elements.
          • Create and Manage a Landing Page in Marketing Cloud Next
A landing page can provide introductory information, inform people about your brand, or host a form to gather prospect details.
          • Create and Manage a Custom Tracked Link
A custom tracked link reports clicks from content that you manage outside of Marketing Cloud Next, such as an ad, that points to a connected external website.
          • Track Marketing Content Performance
Find out how users engage with your emails, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and mobile in-app messages, tracked links, and landing pages on the Content Performance dashboard. You can filter the data by date range, campaign, or flow. Track the success of different content variations among various audiences by monitoring unique clicks.
