Configure an Approved Email Template for Non-Marketing Users After an admin enables Distributed Marketing and Alerts, designate a marketing-approved email template for non-marketing users to use to send email. First, create the template in Salesforce CMS. Then, create an event-triggered campaign and select the template in the flow.
Monitor Performance for Distributed Marketing Messages There are a couple of different ways to keep tabs on who is engaging with messages you send with Distributed Marketing and Alerts. You can view engagement data on individual record pages with Unified Engagement History Dashboards, or use the Get Engagement Insights Summary agent tool.
