Customize an Analytics Dashboard in Marketing Cloud Next
Analytics dashboards are located on the Analytics tab and powered by Data 360. You can use the dashboards as-is or customize them to meet your
business needs. Analytics dashboards are created from a group of report widgets. You can
rearrange the widgets, change labels, filter data, and more.
Required Editions
Available in: Salesforce Enterprise and
Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Next
Growth or Advanced Edition
From the Analytics tab, select the dashboard that you want to work with.
To change or move widgets, click Edit in the dashboard
toolbar.
To change the filters, click + Filter and select your filter
criteria.
Each dashboard can support up to 5 filters. When a dashboard already has 5 filters, remove
one before adding another.
To change the layout, labels, or other details in a widget, click in
the widget.
To save your changes as a new dashboard, click the dashboard’s action menu in the toolbar,
and then select Save As.
To view a slice of the available data on a completed report or dashboard, use the filter
dropdowns.
