            Add Multiple Prospects to a List

            You can add multiple prospects to a list from the prospect table in Account Engagement or from a list view in Salesforce.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To add prospects to a list from Account Engagement: Edit on prospects
            To add prospects to an Account Engagement list from Salesforce: Account Engagement User, CRM User, Sales Cloud User, or Service Cloud User

            In Account Engagement, open the Prospects page, select multiple prospects to add to a list, select Tools, and then click Add to List.

            Add To List available from the prospect table.

            From a Salesforce list view, select up to 200 lead or contact records and click Add to Prospect List or Add to Engagement Studio List.

            Add to Prospect List and Add to Engagement Studio List available as buttons on list views in Salesforce.
