The marketing managers can use a promotion's advocate count as a key performance indicator of the promotion. The Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list also helps marketing managers find out the promotion's active advocate count. - Track Referrals
Referral records help marketing managers track the progress of an advocate’s referral. When an advocate’s referral progresses across the promotion stages, the Referral record is also updated to the current stage. - Track Issued Vouchers
Vouchers issued to advocates are associated with the advocate's contact and vouchers issued to referred friends are associated with the friend's person account. Marketing managers and business executives can visualize the brand’s referral promotions on the promotion calendar. The calendar lists the brand’s referral promotions and events, so the marketing managers can check whether promotions are planned during company and social events. Like any other calendar, marketing managers can move across date ranges to see the promotions that are running or that are scheduled. Along with the marketing managers, business executives get a high-level view of the brand’s promotions, easily find white spaces where new promotions can be added, and identify duplicate promotions.
