Configure CNAME Records with Your DNS Provider

Configure CNAME Records with Your DNS Provider

To simplify setup, Unified Messaging provides the complete CNAME record names and values. You can copy the values directly into your DNS provider’s interface.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Authenticated Domains, and then select Authenticated Domains.
          2. From the menu next to your domain, click Show Details.
          3. Under Set Up Your DNS Records, copy the CNAME details from the Name and Value columns.
          4. Paste the entries into your DNS provider’s console.

Your DNS provider’s user interface may differ in how it handles subdomain entries. For guidance, see DNS Provider Behavior.
