It can take up to 24 hours to migrate templates from one WhatsApp Business Account to another. For help migrating templates before you’ve registered a phone number in the receiving account, open a support case for assistance. To minimize downtime that can occur during a migration, we recommend migrating your channel during a low-traffic time.

          1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Your Numbers, and select Your Numbers.
          2. Click Add Number.
          3. Create a new account and click Next.
          4. Enter the Meta credentials for your WABA, and click Next.
          5. Select the WABA number, and click Save & Continue.
          6. Enter the consent settings for this number, then save your settings.
          7. To add additional capabilities to your WhatsApp connection, click Configure next to that capability and add the necessary information. After you save the configuration, click Activate.
