Unified Messaging Consent
To send messages to your subscribers, you must have their explicit consent. You can’t transfer consent from one Unified Messaging number or channel to another. You can set different required consent levels for each application within a Unified Messaging number or channel. For example, in a unified SMS channel used for both service and marketing, change the consent requirements of your marketing interactions to require an explicit opt-in or double opt-in. You can manage how subscribers provide or withdraw that consent within Unified Messaging.
