Getting Work Done with Teams in Agentforce Supply Chain
Use teams in Agentforce Supply Chain to group users for task assignment and collaboration. When you assign a task to a team, all team members can see and work on the task. You can also give blueprint and workflow access to teams for collaboration. Set up teams from the Admin section, then grant access or assign tasks to teams, or involve them as approvers or as cc'd participants.
