View or Edit a User's Account Information
View a user's account details in Agentforce Supply Chain. Users can see their own information, but a user needs to have the Admin or People Admin role to see the information of other users.
- In the navigation side bar, click Admin (1).
- Click the People tab (2).
- Click the three dots next to the user you want to view information for (3).
-
Click Edit (4).
The user's information opens in a window.
-
If editing, make your changes, and click Save.
Deactivate a User
Users can't be deleted, but they can be deactivated and de-identified. After a user is deactivated, they can't be added to any workflows.
- In the navigation side bar, click Admin (1).
- Click the People tab (2).
- Click the three dots next to the user you want to deactivate (3).
- Click Deactivate (4).
- If the deactivated user has work items assigned to them, assign those work items to another user.
- Optionally, you can replace the deactivated user's account information with information that renders the user un-identifiable for privacy reasons. To replace the user account information, email agentsupplychain@salesforce.com.
