View or Edit a User's Account Information

View a user's account details in Agentforce Supply Chain. Users can see their own information, but a user needs to have the Admin or People Admin role to see the information of other users.

          1. In the navigation side bar, click Admin (1).
          2. Click the People tab (2).
          3. Click the three dots next to the user you want to view information for (3).
          4. Click Edit (4).
The user's information opens in a window.
          5. If editing, make your changes, and click Save.

          Deactivate a User

Users can't be deleted, but they can be deactivated and de-identified. After a user is deactivated, they can't be added to any workflows.

          1. In the navigation side bar, click Admin (1).
          2. Click the People tab (2).
          3. Click the three dots next to the user you want to deactivate (3).
          4. Click Deactivate (4).
          5. If the deactivated user has work items assigned to them, assign those work items to another user.
          6. Optionally, you can replace the deactivated user's account information with information that renders the user un-identifiable for privacy reasons. To replace the user account information, email agentsupplychain@salesforce.com.
