Create and configure teams in Agentforce Supply Chain. With teams, you can group users
together for easier task assignment and collaboration. When you assign a task to a team, all team
members can see and work on the task.
Required Editions
License Required
This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires
an Agentforce Supply Chain license.
To purchase an Agentforce Supply Chain license, contact your Salesforce account
executive.
User Permissions
Needed
To manage teams in Agentforce Supply Chain:
Admin role or People Admin role
To get started assigning tasks to teams, create a team of users.
From the Home page, click Admin.
Click the Teams tab.
Click + Add team.
Enter the team name.
Select Internal or External for the
type.
Add team members by entering their email addresses or selecting from existing users.
Click Add team.
You've created the team and can now use it for task assignments.
