This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Supply Chain license. To purchase an Agentforce Supply Chain license, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
Agentforce Supply Chain is an invite-only platform. Users must be invited to access the workspace and can't sign up directly on the site.
To complete a task through an email or webform, such as approving an item or filling out information, users don't have to log in. Users receive an email after a task is assigned to them with instructions on how to complete the task through email.
To access more features, such as viewing the Home dashboard, creating blueprints, or assigning permissions, users need to log in.
When a new internal user is added to Agentforce Supply Chain, they receive a Welcome to Agentforce Supply Chain email. They click the Accept Invite button and follow the instructions to log in, including creating a password.
To login in after the first time, go to your workspace and enter your email and password.
If you forget your login information, you can get help on the log in page.
External users, such as suppliers or partners, don’t receive a welcome email by default. When assigned a task, external users get a task assignment email and can complete the task without logging in.
To send a welcome email to an external user so they can log in, an internal user with the Admin or People Admin role adds the external user directly from the Admin page. To learn more, see Add Users to Agentforce Supply Chain.
