This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Supply Chain license. To purchase an Agentforce Supply Chain license, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
Before starting a workflow, make sure that you have a blueprint ready. If you don't have a blueprint yet, create one first. For more information, see Set Up a Blueprint in Agentforce Supply Chain.
After you have a blueprint, you can create workflows from it. Each workflow represents an instance of the process defined in the blueprint. A workflow starts running automatically after it's created, and team members receive notifications about their assigned tasks.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
- Click the blueprint that you want to use.
- Click + Create Workflow.
-
Enter workflow details for this specific workflow instance.
Which fields to fill out depends on how you set up your blueprint.
-
Click Create.
The workflow starts running immediately.
Task assignees receive email notifications about their tasks.
If a workflow has multiple tasks start at the same time, and they're all assigned to one person, that person gets one email with all tasks listed instead of multiple emails.
Task assignees can complete work directly from their email or by logging in to Agentforce Supply Chain.
To learn how assignees complete, approve, and reply to tasks in the workspace, see Complete a Task in Agentforce Supply Chain
To learn how assignees complete, approve, and reply to tasks by email, see Work with Tasks Through Email in Agentforce Supply Chain.
For running workflows, authorized users can update task due date and time from task details, including setting a specific due timestamp when needed.
You can view all workflows on the Home page and filter them if needed.
