What Tasks Do
Tasks are the individual work units in a workflow. Each
task represents a specific piece of work that must be completed before downstream tasks can
start. Tasks can collect information, require approvals, trigger AI agents, and route work to
internal or external users. For more information about using AI agents, see AI Agents in Agentforce Supply
Chain.
