          Work with Tasks Through Email in Agentforce Supply Chain

          Reply to, complete, and approve Agentforce Supply Chain tasks from your email. A summary of the task details and what's required is at the top of every email.

          Required Editions

          License Required

          This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Supply Chain license.

          To purchase an Agentforce Supply Chain license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          Add Comments to a Task Through Email

          Add comments or ask questions through email without completing, approving, or rejecting a task.

          1. Open the email.
          2. Click Reply.
          3. Write your comments in the email.
            You can add people to cc and attach documents as needed.
          4. Send the email.
            Everyone on the task gets the email and the email gets added to the task's message history.
            Note
            Note If you don't want to include an entire email thread in the task message history, add 2 hyphens before the content you don't want to include.

          Complete a Task Through Email

          Complete a task through email without logging in to Agentforce Supply Chain.

          1. Open the email.
          2. If the task has a Complete button, click Complete.
            A page opens with a form to fill out.
            1. Provide the requested information.
            2. Click Complete.
              Agentforce Supply Chain marks the task as complete.
          3. If the task has a Reply & complete button, click Reply & complete.
            1. Provide details about the task.
            2. Send the email.
              Agentforce Supply Chain marks the task as complete.
          4. If the email has multiple tasks listed, complete steps 1 through 4 for each task.

          Approve or Reject a Task Through Email

          Approve or reject a task through email without logging in to Agentforce Supply Chain.

          1. Open the email.
          2. Click the Reply & approve button or the Reply & reject button in the email.
          3. Add any comments that you have.
          4. Send the email.
            The task shows as approved or rejected in Agentforce Supply Chain.
          5. If the email has multiple tasks listed, complete steps 1 through 4 for each task.
