          Use an AI Pre-Built Flow

          Prerequisites

To use Agentforce in MuleSoft for Flow: Integration, complete these steps:

          Considerations

This feature doesn't consume generative AI credits. For more information, see Agentforce and Generative AI Usage and Billing.

AI Pre-Built Flows use Agentforce to generate automations based on curated prompts.

          1. Open the Automation app and select the Integrations tab.
          2. Select a connector.
          3. In the AI Pre-Built Flows section, select a template.
            Tip
            Tip

Review the flow name, description, and notes. To find a flow, search or filter the list.

          4. In the Configure Automation wizard, for each required connector, select an existing connection or click New Connection.
            Note
Note The system then passes this context to Agentforce, which dynamically generates the flow on the Flow Builder canvas.
          5. Review the generated steps in Flow Builder. If errors or warnings appear in the left pane, correct them before proceeding.
          6. Test and validate the flow logic.
          7. Save and activate the flow.
