            Global Model Data Opt-In and Opt-Out for Flows Created by Agentforce (Beta)

            Agentforce intelligence is built on data. The more data Agentforce has, the more powerful the resulting predictions. Most companies don’t have enough data to build their own models. To give you more meaningful generative AI, Salesforce builds global generative models that generate and edit flows and answer flow-related questions. To protect your customer data, your account is opted out of the global data model by default.

            Note Agentforce for Flow is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

            Data Usage

            We train global models to create more accurate flows with Agentforce. When you opt in to participate in a global model training, all identifiable data for your records added to the training set is removed, and no customer data is shared with other enterprises

            What Is a Global Model?

            Most Salesforce Agentforce features build a unique generative model based on each customer’s own Salesforce data. This single-customer model is great for features that don’t require much data, but some models require more data than any single customer can provide. A global model combines data from multiple Salesforce orgs to create a generative model that is used by many.

            When you enable global data, you can get better generated flows by incorporating data from the global data pool. As a result, flows created by Agentforce are more accurate.

            If you opt out of using global models, it applies to all Agentforce features in Flow Builder, including existing features and any features added after.

            Opting Out

            You can exclude your data from the global data pool that’s used to create AI-generated flows. To opt out of global models, see Manage Salesforce Access to Customer Data. Opt-outs are controlled at the Enterprise ID (EID) level.
