Manage Users in the Enhanced User List View
Build dynamic, customized lists that show records tailored to specific criteria in Enhanced User List View. You can also use Enhanced User List View to edit multiple records inline.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select User Management Settings.
- Turn on Enhanced User List View.
- Select Users.
- To create a new list view, under List View Controls, select New.
- To edit a record inline, from the list, hover over the cell to edit, and then click the pencil icon.
- Make your changes in the editable cell or cells.

Click Save.
Note If other people make inline edits to the same fields on a record simultaneously, only the most recent edit is saved.
When working with an Enhanced User List View, keep these considerations in mind.
- If you want to edit fields inline, make sure they are present in the page layout.
- These fields aren’t supported in the user list views.

- If you want to edit fields inline, make sure they’re present in the user profile page layout. In the User Profile Layout, add the required fields, and refresh the list view.
- You can filter by the User Verified Email and User Verified Mobile Number fields when using the Enhanced User List View.
- You can't add Delegated Approver or access any list views that contain this field in Lightning Experience. To access a list view that contains this field in Lightning Experience, first turn off Enhanced User List View and switch to Salesforce Classic to remove Delegated Approver.
