          Add an Approval Step to the Approval Process

          Add an approval step to determine the records that can advance to that step and the approver, and whether to let an approver’s delegate respond to the requests.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

          You can add steps to an approval process only if it’s inactive.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Approval Processes, and then click Approval Processes.
          2. Select the approval process to which you want to add the approval step.
          3. Under Approval Steps, click New Approval Step.
          4. Enter a name for the approval step, and then click Next.
          5. Select the All records should enter this step radio button, and then click Next.
          6. Select the Automatically assign to queue radio button, and then select a queue.
          7. Save your changes.
