Assign Service Resources to Service Territories in Salesforce Scheduler
Assign service resources to service territories to ensure that appointment attendees are
associated with the correct locations. Service resources assigned to a service territory are
referred to as service territory members.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To assign service resources:
Read and Write on the service territory record
On the service territory record page, click Assign Service
Resources.
Click the plus icon to select one or more service resources.
Click Next.
For each of the service resources you selected, select a territory type. The default is
primary.
Optionally, set start and end dates for any or all of the specified service
resources.
Click Save.
Note To view all the service resources that are members of a service territory, see the
Service Territory Members related list on the service territory record page.
