To assign service territories: Read and Wrire on the service territory record
          1. On the service resource record page, click Assign Service Territories.
          2. Click the plus icon to select one or more service territories.
          3. Click Next.
          4. For each of the service territories you selected, select a territory type. The default is primary.
The primary territory is typically the territory where a service resource works most often—for instance, near their home branch. Secondary territories are territories where service resources can be assigned to appointments if needed. A service resource can have only one primary service territory, but can have multiple secondary service territories.
          5. Optionally, set start and end dates for any or all of the specified service territories.
          6. Click Save.
            Note
Note To view all the service territories that a service resource is a member of, see the Service Territories related list on the service resource record page.
