            Assign Work Types to Work Type Groups in Salesforce Scheduler

            Map each work type (appointment template) to a work type group (appointment topic).

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            1. From the Related tab on a work type record page, click New on the Work Type Group Members related list.
            2. Select a work type group.
              Note
              Note Ensure that the work type group you select doesn’t have an associated work type with the same service territory as of the work type record.
            3. Save your changes.
