          Autofill Fields in the Appointment Review Screen

          Autofill fields, such as phone and email, in the appointment review screen for inbound and outbound flows.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To modify flows: Manage Flow

          You can modify flows to autofill these fields:

          • AdditionalInformation
          • AppointmentType
          • Comments
          • ParentRecordId
          • ServiceTerritoryId
          • Street
          • City
          • State
          • Country
          • PostalCode
          • SchedStartTime
          • SchedEndTime
          • WorkTypeId
          • Id
          • Description
          • Subject
          • Phone
          • Email
          • ContactId
          • IsAnonymousBooking
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click the flow for which you want to autofill fields.
          3. Open the Set Initial Values assignment element.
          4. For fields that you want to autofill, perform these steps:
            1. Click the Add Assignment button.
            2. Select the variable that you want to autofill.
            3. Select Equals as the operator, and then enter a value for the field.
          5. Click Done.
          6. If the flow is an outbound flow, open the Review Screen screen element.
            1. Select the ​​Review Inbound or Outbound Service Appointment component.
            2. In the Service Appointment field, enter {!ServiceAppointment}.
              Note
              Note In inbound flows, the Service Appointment field value is set by default.
          7. Click Done.
          8. Save your changes.
