Note

or cancel those appointments in Salesforce Scheduler.
When you set the sync direction to bidirectional or Salesforce to external calendar,
appointments created in Salesforce Scheduler appear as events on your external calendar.
Modify or cancel those appointments in Salesforce Scheduler. Don’t modify or cancel those
events directly on the external calendar. Doing so can cause events to be out of sync with
Salesforce calendar.
