          Create Email Templates

          Define email templates for each status of a shift. For example, you can create email templates for creating, approving, or rejecting a shift.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Classic Email Templates, and then click Classic Email Templates.
          2. Click New Template.
          3. Select the type of template that you want to create, and then click Next.
          4. Enter email template information:
            1. Select Available For Use.
            2. Enter a name for the email template.
            3. Enter a subject for the email.
            4. Enter the information for the body of the email.
          5. Save your changes.
