          Create a Record-Triggered Flow

          Create a flow on the Service Appointment object so that you can configure email notifications.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
          To run a flow: Run Flows
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flow, select Flows, and then click New Flow.
          2. Select Start From Scratch, and click Next.
          3. Select Record-Triggered Flow, and then click Create.
          4. In the Configure Start page:
            1. In the Object field, select Service Appointment.
            2. For Trigger the Flow When, select A record is created.
            3. From the Condition Requirements dropdown, select All Conditions Are Met (AND).
            4. Add this condition:
              • AppointmentType or, if you use engagement channels, EngagementChannelType in Field
              • Equals in Operator
              • Video in Value
            5. Select Actions and Related Records.
            6. Select Include a Run Asynchronously path to access an external system after the original transaction for the triggering record is successfully committed, and then click Done.
          5. Click Auto-Layout, and then select Free-Form.
          6. Click Save.
          7. Enter a label and an API name for the flow, and then save your changes.

          Add a Get Records element to retrieve the recipient's email address.
