Customize the Lobby Management Page
Choose which fields you want to show for the service appointment and waitlist participant cards on the lobby management tab. You can also configure the button names and define the wait time durations.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder, and then select Lightning App Builder.
- Click New.
- Select App Page, and then click Next.
- Name the page, such as Custom Lobby Management, and then click Next.
- From the Standard pages, select One Region, and then click Done.
- From the Standard Components panel, drag Lobby Management onto the canvas.

In the right pane, choose how you want to customize the page.
Service Appointment Fields To change which service appointment fields are shown, click Select, and then move up to two fields from the Available column to Selected. The Available column shows both standard and custom fields for the service appointment object. Waitlist Participant Fields To change which waitlist participant fields are shown, click Select, and then move up to 10 fields from the Available column to Selected. The Available column shows only the custom fields for the waitlist participant object. Custom Ordering Field Map a custom field on the waitlist participant object to replace the system-generated sequence number in the card header. When mapped, Lobby Management hides the standard 1., 2., 3. prefix and shows the field value instead.

Check In Button Flow for Waitlists Select a flow to use to check in participants instead of the default check in flow. Scheduled Service Appointment Card Custom Actions Select which custom flow actions are shown in the appointment card of the scheduled service appointments list. Scheduled Service Appointment Card Default Actions Select which default actions to hide in the appointment card of the scheduled service appointments list. Waitlist Participant Card Custom Actions Select which custom flow actions are shown in the waitlist participant card of the waitlist. Waitlist Participant Card Default Actions Select which default actions are hidden in the waitlist participant card of the waitlist. Hide the show topics with no participants checkbox By default, greeters see a checkbox they can toggle to hide topics with no participants. Turn on this option to hide that checkbox from greeters so they can’t toggle it. Activate Waitlist Button Label Enter a label for the button to view the details of a waitlist and activate it. Default: View and Activate
Check In Button Label Enter a label for the button to check in customers with scheduled appointments and drop-in customers. Default: Check in
Wait Time Duration for No Show Enter the duration in minutes after which the service appointment card shows the Not yet arrived icon. The icon indicates that the scheduled appointment start time and wait time duration have passed, but the customer hasn’t arrived at the service territory. Wait Time Duration to Reassign Service Resource Enter the duration in minutes after which the service appointment card shows the wait time in red. Red indicates that the customer has checked in and the scheduled appointment start time and wait time duration have passed, but the service resource hasn’t attended to the customer. - Save your changes, and then click Activate.
- On the Activation: Custom Lobby Management page, click Lightning Experience, and then add the page to the Lightning Apps.
- Save your changes.
