            By default, Salesforce Scheduler shows the Select Appointment Type screen for users to select appointment mediums from. But if the engagement channels are enabled, then Salesforce Scheduler shows the Select Engagement Channel screen. Learn how to customize the screens and the options that appear on the screens.
