Enable Concurrent Scheduling for Group Service Appointments
Schedule multiple appointments within the same time slot when you’ve selected the group
appointment mode.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Scheduler, and
then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
Enable Concurrent Scheduling, and then enable Group
Service Appointments.
