            Enable the Schedule Appointments Using Engagement Channels Setting

            To add one or more channels to a shift, enable the Schedule Appointments Using Engagement Channels.

            Required Editions

            Before you enable Schedule Appointments Using Engagement Channels, complete the prerequisites.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Scheduler Settings, and then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
            2. Enable Schedule Appointments Using Engagement Channels.
