Use the Create Waitlist action to create waitlists.

| Waitlist Name | The name of the waitlist to create. | String |
| Waitlist Description | Optional. The description of the waitlist to be created. | String |
| Service Territory ID | The ID of the service territory to associate with the new waitlist. | String |
| Work Type IDs | A comma-delimited list of work type IDs to associate with the new waitlist that specifies waitlist appointment topics. | String |
| Service Resource IDs | A comma-delimited list of service resource IDs to associate with the new waitlist that specifies the employees who are available to meet with drop-in customers. | String |
